SHIPPING & RETURNS
We provide shipping within the U.S through the United States Postal Service. We're actively working on extending our delivery services to other regions, so stay tuned for updates. For details regarding order processing times, please refer to the section below. Delivery rates are subject to variation based on the purchase amount and will be computed during the checkout process.
Regular 2-5 business days once order is processed.
Priority 1-3 business days once order is processed.
Regular 8-14 business days once order is processed.
Priority 6-10 business days to many major markets once order is processed.
Shipping Costs (United States)
Your Shipping & Handling charge is based on the final order value prior to taxes.
Each piece of Delisa Rose Signature collection is handmade to order in Texas. Please allow 3-6 weeks for fulfillment depending on the size of your order. However in-stock items will be processed 5-7 days and delivered 2-5 business days. Processing time frame updates will be available in the announcement bar at the top of the homepage. ALTERATIONS / EXCHANGES
We strive to make each and every customer happy with our products. If anything is unsatisfactory we can make alterations or remake the garment free of charge. To begin the exchange process follow the steps below:

Garments must be returned in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of receipt.
Return shipping charges will be determined case by case.
DELISA ROSE EXCLUSIVES (In-Stock)
Delisa Rose exclusive items are factory made in the USA. A small run has been produced for a limited time only. These items are in stock and will ship within 2-5 business days after processing.
*Rush ordering is available for an extra charge of $20 per item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Delisa Rose Exclusive items are ready made so we can gladly accept returns and exchanges. If you are not satisfied with the item we can exchange it for a different color or size of an Delisa Rose exclusive item, or issue a full refund to your original form of payment less the shipping charges. To begin a return or exchange follow the instructions below.

DELISA ROSE BESPOKE
Delisa Rose Bespoke items are tailor made to each client from size and fit, to style, color, and fabric choice. Due to the customization of these garments they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are not satisfied with the garments free alterations and minor changes to the design can be made.
IMPORT / TAX DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties. The duties are determined by destination and value of the products. Elmshop.co is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred.
LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
Delisa Rose does not offer refunds for lost parcels. If you would like insurance on your parcel please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
